I bought this sweatshirt as I love the previous item I purchased online but to my dismay, the sweater started pilling off on the armpit after one use. I know they have a policy to return the item but to the buyer’s expense, it is costly to send it back. So I returned the item and paid the shipping cost rather than just sitting on my closet.
